Shipping

It is the responsibility of the sender to provide full and correct address details and in the case of same-day deliveries ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. If there is a need for re-delivery via Australia Post or courier due to error from the sender or receiver such as incorrect address details being provided or no one being available to accept the delivery, the cost of re-delivery will be 50% of product cost and 100% of shipping cost.

We offer free standard shipping to one nominated address within QLD, for product purchases placed online over $60 (AUD). Any extra deliveries to separate addresses will be charged at the flat rate of $14.99 (AUD) or similar rate if organised over the phone. All deliver costs can be calculated on the shopping cart checkout page. Some of our Hampers or gift packs may be under $60 and are eligible for free standard QLD shipping. They will have "free shipping" in the title and refer only to free standard QLD shipping only.

Please Note: We are currently experiencing delivery delays for Standard and Express Post shipping services. Some of these delays may be up to one week or more. We are following advice from Australia Post and suspending Express Post timeframe guarantees. Place your order before 10am for urgent deliveries using Express Parcel Post, which should allow for next business day delivery to addresses within the Australia Post Express Post Network. You can choose the Express Parcel Post option during checkout. We will provide a free pick up service from our factory address on the Gold Coast 2/180 Scarborough Street Southport. Please contact us to arrange a suitable pick-up time as the factory is not open to the public.
